Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases from and use of drawandtrace.com, operated by Draw & Trace Survey Co. of Cary, North Carolina. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

The work

Each edition is an original cartographic drawing derived from publicly available satellite imagery and elevation data (USGS 3DEP, Copernicus, OpenStreetMap contributors). Course names appear solely as geographic identification of the land depicted, as permitted by nominative fair use. No club logos, crests, or stylized marks are reproduced. Draw & Trace Survey Co. is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any golf course, club, tournament, or governing body.

Orders and pre-orders

Every print is made to order. Pre-order reservations are confirmed by email before any payment is collected.
Edition numbers within the first printing of 100 are assigned in order of confirmed payment.
Pricing is in US dollars and may change; confirmed orders honor the price at confirmation.
Personalized editions are letterpressed exactly as you submit the text — please proof carefully.

Intellectual property

All drawings, renders, and site content are © Draw & Trace Survey Co. Purchase of a print conveys ownership of the physical object only, not reproduction rights.

Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Prints are decorative works derived from survey data and are not certified for navigation, course management, or play.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
