Shipping & Returns

Production

Every edition is drafted, printed, and inspected to order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Standard editions enter production on payment; personalized editions enter production after you approve the placard proof we email you.

Production — framed	5–8 business days
US shipping (tracked)	3–6 business days
International shipping (tracked)	7–14 business days

Shipping

Unframed prints ship flat or in heavy-wall archival tubes, depending on size.
Framed prints ship in corner-protected art boxes; the 36×48 Statement ships crated.
Tracking is emailed the moment your edition leaves the studio's print partner.
International orders may incur duties or VAT collected by the carrier — these are the recipient's responsibility.

Damage & replacement

If your print arrives damaged, email a photo of the print and packaging within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint and reship at no charge — no need to return the damaged copy.

Returns

Standard editions — returnable within 30 days of delivery in original condition; refund to the original payment method once received. Buyer covers return shipping.
Personalized editions — made uniquely for you and not returnable, except for damage or our error (we will always make an error right).

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before production begins. Once a print is on the press, the damage and return policies above apply.
